Our apartments 1 and 3 are the perfect retreat for families or small groups of up to 5 people. Both units are identical in layout and mirror-inverted – so you can enjoy the same comfort and feel-good atmosphere in every apartment.
A separate bedroom ensures peace and quiet and a restful night's sleep, while the bright living room with sofa bed offers additional space for fellow travelers. The modern kitchen invites you to cook together, and the bathroom has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
A particularly nice feature is the private balcony with a magnificent view of the lake. Here you can breathe in the fresh mountain air, let your gaze wander over Lake Reschen, and enjoy unforgettable moments – from sunrise to sunset.

Our prices are based on standard occupancy:
Apartments W1, W2, W3, W4, W7, W8, and W11 are designed for 2 people, W5, W9, and W10 for 4 people, and W6 for 3 people.
We charge €80 per night for each additional person.
